"I recently had a fantastic furniture shopping experience at Rooms to Go, largely thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by John. His helpful and non-pushy approach made the process enjoyable. John was always available to address any questions, enhancing the overall satisfaction of my shopping journey. **ADDENDUM** Unfortunately I have to change my review. I was told I can have my delivery date on 2/9. I accidentally clicked on a later date (using my phone and buttons were small). Once I clicked the later date the online scheduling form would not let me go back to my original delivery date. Thinking this is just a silly computer technical error I called customer support who then directed me to the store itself. The store representative told me that once you select a later date there is no way to ever get your original delivery date back even though the furniture is just sitting in the warehouse. Very disappointing news after waiting over three months. I already disposed of my couch so I will just have to sit on the floor for a couple weeks. Unfortunate that this happened because John was a pleasant sales associate at the start and I would have used this business for my future furniture needs. Now I will go elsewhere"
