"This was the worst car buying experience in my life. I would avoid this dealership. I would rank this dealership as one of the worst in the whole state of Florida. This man was extremely unprofessional and the lender did not want to finance a vehicle that was not able to drive less than 24 hours of purchase. Lender would not relinquish funds to the dealer without the vehicle being fixed. Vehicle was picked up to be fixed and backed into my mailbox and damaged the car and my property. The vehicle had so many issues that were not disclosed. Dealer stated I’ll have this vehicle sold this weekend and over a month later, it still hasn’t been sold. I wrote this review to help others avoid frustrations and to find a better used car dealership.I was never late on a payment as I only had the car less than one week due to its many mechanical issues. Dealership is also making false claims in their reply to my review. Perfect example of dishonesty."

He was very very prompt with responses, additional photos, transparent car history and even offered to deliver the truck for free to SC. We ultimately chose another color but the customer service was top notch!"

"First, thank you Lubo!!! You went above and beyond helping me purchasing the CT6. There is a 100 mile distance between us and we were down to one car. It would have been really difficult traveling to your side of town. But, always on top of your game, you took me on a virtual test drive. The detail in the test drive was amazing. First you took me through the entire outside and inside. Even going as far as getting on the ground to show me the underneath chassis. Then you took me on a virtual test drive demonstrating pretty much all the functionality of the car. You had me during the visual inspection. But, you wanted to make sure I saw the car in its entirety. I believe you spent about an hour and a half, maybe more, with me. I wanted this car and you helped me feel comfortable purchasing a car virtually. Then you said, “oh and I’ll bring it to you”. WHAT!!! We are in the midst of school starting, work and 1 car…A mini Cooper at that and we are 4 people. This was a huge blessing. When you drove up with the car, it was everything you said. But, again, you wanted to make sure I was comfortable snd satisfied with the car, and said go take it out as long as you like. That you would be waiting for me when finished. I never felt rushed or pushed throughout this process. You were always calm, cool and collect. And… I was satisfied. During this sale, we went from seller/ buyer to friends. I cherish that. Now the only problem is getting to drive it…. My twins are fighting over who drives it. Thank goodness for school. After drop off, the cars all mine. Thank you friend for all you did. Robert"
