"Update: The morning after posting my review I was contacted by a manager who reviewed the incident, he apologized profusely on behalf of himself, the company, and ownership. Within two days a crew came out and fixed the rear window for free (they made it right). I was impressed by their professionalism and eagerness to right the wrong, I wish more companies did business this way! They earned the full 5 star review, highly recommended! Company was quick to come out and replace my windshield but... Saleswoman said she would have my SUV rear window resealed (obviously it was leaking) if I went with this company to replace the windshield in my CTS VSport. I agreed, installers came out but this information mysteriously didn't make it on the work order so they wouldn't do it. Called saleswoman and she acted like she put it on work order and was going to "speak with her manager". No call-backs, stopped answering my calls, etc... In the mean time, the Calibration guy who was scheduled for same day as window install showed up 5 days later. Called company who "looked into it", a few days later they called back and said she had been fired and there was nothing they could do about it. They offered no discounts or any other incentives to make it right? They got their money and they were pretty much done with me. I give installers ***** 5 stars but sales and customer service get * 1 star, average ~ *** 3 stars."

"Don’t normally do reviews but i just want to say a1 service. Never done a windshield replacement went ahead and called got it scheduled in less then 15 min. And fixed the next day. Super quick service and straight forward . Want to thanks Stacy and Lucus for the service."

"I had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish!!! Stacy kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was able to get a Lexus manufactured windshield! Anthony the installer was timely and notified me of the ETA, then Gavin came the same day to calibrate the safety features. I used Safelight in the past due to insurance suggestion and had a nightmare. I will definitely be using this company if needed in the future! "I was approached by a very nice young lady at a car wash. I had gotten stone chips earlier. She set everything up, spoke to my insurance company, and all was fine. The very nice and professional young man came to my home and installed the windshield. Now, at the car wash, when I met the salesperson, she observed a heavy detailing being done by the staff. In the next 2 days, the windshield was installed. As I met her on a Saturday. Monday is when the work was completed. The installer was on time and again, very professional and polite. However, a mess was made of my interior. I called my sales rep, and she put her manager on the phone. The dashboard, console, and CD player were a mess. There were some sort of dust particles, waxy substance chips everywhere. I told the manager, I can wipe the dashboard off as he offered to have someone come in and take care of it. I declined as it appeared to be just on those spots. As I drove to work, it was down in the steering column, down on the sides of the seats. Power window switches, etc. I called and advised it was worse than previously thought. I was told someone would call me. After a few days, nobody has. So, here is the review."
