"Breanca was nice last year when I set up my policy, but now after being incorrectly charged over $1,000 more than my policy was last year and renewing the policy without my approval she told me the issue was fixed and it would be corrected. Three weeks later it wasn't corrected, and when I called the old provider myself, they let me know I was still insured with them. I told Breanca again that the changes she had made to update my policy were not in fact changed and she refuses to answer emails or return voice mails or text messages. I am a broker for a living myself and I did not gain my customer base the last 9 years by ignoring my customers and making them feel like they are doing the work for me. This is how it now feels working with her."
