"A few months ago we stopped at Pep Boys on 14th St in Bradenton Florida for a quick tire repair. The manager Jose was so very helpful and efficient he left a very good impression on us. Just recently we needed major repairs done to our vehicle and we immediately thought of Jose. I have been in retail/ customer service for over 35 years and through the years it's hard to find honest, helpful people, but we found it in Jose. I highly recommend him and his team . So often it's only the complaints that are carried on, I sure hope Jose gets the kudos he deserves!"

Location is always clean and the seating is comfy; very nicely laid out waiting room. They even accept CarAdvise which is a plus.
