"Let me first state Azelia is absolutely amazing!!! When I first went in there my aunt was with me. She wanted me to buy my living room set from rooms to go. After looking around rent a center show room I found a Ashly sofa that I liked, that looked very comparable to the 1 I had been eyeing at rooms to go. Azelia was there and helping us and explained the benefits of buying from rent a center. She was very professional and clear with what she was talking about. I was hooked because I was able to get the sofa, fire place, and my 72’ inch 4k tv delivered that afternoon. I was super stoked, and my aunt who is always in my Ear was all so pleased. And she is 1 who Nitpicks everything. Which is good for me cause I act on i Impulse. I’ve had my stuff for about 4 months now, and loving it! Needless to say I’ll be using them again soon. Rent a center showed take note on what a valuable asset they have. And make her a corporate trainer, so she can help you guys bring outstanding customer service back. Which is something this world needs. I don’t mind going in the store to make my payment because I all ways feel better when I walk out after seeing her pretty smile and great Attitude"
