Take 5 Oil Change

"I had a good experience. I was notified that my filter from my last visit to take 5 was on wrong. Which concerns me because another time at a take 5. a completely wrong filter type had been put on, and i had to be told about that on another visit .usually the initial visits are good but on the next one I learn somethings been done wrong.Always at the one on Hwy 60"

"Not a good experience! For the $65 total it cost I was told “ the bottom of the barrel. The sludge of all oils” was being put in my car. If I don’t want sludge it’s close to $100. I was obnoxiously upsold the entire time I was there. There was a lot of horse play from the “manager” and no one really understood their pricing. And since I pulled away my “check engine”light is on and my “oil change due” light is still blinking. I won’t go back and I don’t recommend!"

"I took my car yesterday morning (November 27) to 5 Oil Change on Highway 60 E in Lake Wales. What a pleasant and satisfying customer experience! I wish I could remember the names of the two technicians on duty, but I don’t (one was female and the other one male). I want to express my appreciation for their work and for the way they treated me as a customer. They made me aware that I did not need to change the oil yet; in fact, it is good for another three thousand miles. I was surprised by their honesty. They could had gone ahead without saying anything, but they did not. For that alone, you have gain my business as long as I live. I needed to put new antifreeze in the car, which they did, and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Thank you again for your honesty and integrity when dealing with me as your customer. For sure I will tell others about 5 Oil Change. Money well spent!"

"My absolute favorite place! Nikki, along with Chris and Eric at this location are always top notch. I get my car serviced as needed, and get a little session of jokes and conversation each visit. Nikki also informed me of the fleet service that they offer, which will be incredible for my business as well as all of my employees! Most people loath getting their cats serviced, but I look forward to mine!"

"I received the BEST customer service I believe I've ever had. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. They took time to show me things about my car that I knew nothing about. Internal air filter? Yep, I do have one and it was filled with eight years of gunk! Now I am breathing clean air again! Take 5 is my new "go to place" for oil and filter changes."
