"Craig was a great salesman, knowledgeable, personable, but he told me the delivery guys would take away the mattress and the foam topper. The delivery guys asked me for $10 to take away the topper, I think that was pretty messed up. Cost $149 to get the old mattress hauled away, I think that's too much, but it saved me from doing it."
