"I had an issue with my club car and they picked it up the next day and returned it in two days. that was the best part. However the 2004 club car that is in pristine condition was returned filthy with a few scuff marks that were not there prior. I spent about 1-1/2 hrs cleaning it up after it was returned. The price of the pick up and delivery had gone up since I used them the last time without notice by over $60. The cost of the repair was reasonable but because of the increase in transportation cost and the returned condition I will not be using them again."
"Called Paul’s Golf Cars to check on a golf cart rental for the Fly Wheelers event. We have a 7week old baby so we wanted to make sure we had a cart not only for us but for baby too. The man who took my call was friendly and assured me they have plenty of carts, but it is first come first served and you can’t reserve a cart. He told me the price and a brief run down of what I needed. Today, we went to rent the cart. When we got there we were told to talk with a lady who handles the rentals. She was less than pleasant, to say the least. She quickly denied our rental explaining how we needed to call ahead and how they have no rentals available. This is a big disappointment for us, seeing how we called the day before and was told different. We will happily be taking our money elsewhere and not utilize this business ever again."
