"Thank you Jim for helping me with my Ford Cmax! My hybrid car had a big problem with the brakes. I couldn't drive my car feeling unsafe for myself and the others. I have brought the car previously to 2 other mechanics and they were not able to solve the problem, while they still invoice me. Ford dealership had a 45 day waiting list for the evaluation and a repair. Jim and his mechanic team were able to do all the needed repairs including the change of the Abs unit and reprogram it for a reasonable price considering it was a major issue. I can finally drive with a feeling of safety and I am happy I was able to find a mechanic that I can trust. The all team is nice, the repairs advisor communicates well, the billing is done with a detailed explanation what you pay for, the job comes with customer satisfaction and guarantee on the repairs. The team never pushed me on my experience with them, they have tried their best to find different solutions before to evaluate a complete change on the electric abs system unit. The lady in charge of the billing is nice. It seems to me that Jim has quite a bit of tools, mechanics, machines, software, experience and more to work on cars.
