"Worst place ever this guy's lie just like Lucifer wicked people they charge me $800+ over coil connector misfire lie in my face twice telling me the change the coil connector they didn't they put electric tape so I wouldn't see they connector isn't changed here is the proof don't go to this garbage please this people are wicked and only lie you can see my connector still has the broken head never been charged I play almost 1000 for no fix I loose full respect for this wicked people"

"Very good service. They moved pretty fast even though there were a few clients ahead of me on the line. Very courteous and I had asked for a service that was not needed and they explained it and did not do it unless I consented to it. I have been there a few times and will continue to do so when I need their services."

"I scheduled an appointment to have my brakes inspected at 4:30. Instead of honoring the appointment time, they told me it was going to be several hours. I had to find a ride. By their closing time at 7 PM they had not contacted me. I called at 7 and they told me that they haven’t inspected the car and they may or may not be able to get it tonight. I called and found a ride back up there and at 8 o’clock and by 8pm they still hadn’t inspected the car. The problem is that they don’t answer the phone after 7 so there was no way to check to see if they was actually going to get it done. All they had for response was excuses how they’re understaffed. If they can’t get to the car why schedule an appointment at 4:30. Why not just tell me they can’t get to it today. It would’ve saved me and my ride a lot of trouble and time I picked up the car. I will never use Pep Boys again."

"I would give this location a 4-star, simply because they have some hardworking employees there. They are often short staffed, which means that you might have to wait a bit, before getting your car back, but they are honest and professional. Jacob was the advisor who attended me at the front desk, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable."
