"We bought some U-Haul boxes and tape from here for our most recent move, and although service is slow compared to other U-Haul locations we’re accustomed to, this was the closest location for us and they had the two box types we were looking for in stock—small and book. It took a while to accomplish the return of the excess boxes, as the woman behind the counter is elderly and was having difficulty with the system or something, but everybody is nice. When we initially picked up our boxes, a gentleman kindly put them in my vehicle without me even asking, which was so thoughtful and courteous. You don’t experience that kind of customer service at most places anymore. We wouldn’t hesitate to get supplies from here in the future, although we prefer to do our rentals with U-Haul of Brandon because they’re a massive location with a lot of stock and traffic they’re used to managing really efficiently."

"I previously used this U-Haul dealership because it is literally 2 minutes from my home. I’ve rented multiple times with no problems until recently. My partner and I run a business where time management is important. This visit was very frustrating and disappointing. I love the elderly, but lady that was assisting me what not fast, nor knowledgeable able why I could not rent when I’ve rented there multiple times. The only explanation I get, repeatedly was that I “we do not rent out of state licenses holders”. Apparently, the owner changed their policy (verbally) where out of start license holders can not rent from them because of recent incidents with their U-Hauls. I am military with an out of state license and i do not have to change my license to the state I am stationed in every-time I PCS. I understand why they changed their policy but an alert or notification on their website would be very helpful because time is very important our business. So all and all if you are military and hold an out of state license do not rent for here."

"Thank you for your quick help! Called to see if they can install a Trailer Hitch on Mazda CX-5 and they were able to schedule us the same day. Price is super reasonable! There is a small seating area, 2 chairs really, that we hang out around while waiting for the work to be done, WIFI works perfectly, overall it was exactly what we needed!"
