It started with the phone call with Armondo, I brought my car in the next morning 2-20-24, met Armondo & got my vehicle in right away. The technician ( Onix ) was very helpful & friendly, after his diagnostic was finished he told me exactly what we needed. Jason kept informed what was going on in the shop area. When I left the shop I felt like I had a group of new friends. My wife & I own a business in Oregon & Customer Service is very important to us & the success of our business so when we visit a business & are impressed with their customer service we enjoy letting them know that we noticed. I would highly recommend Sonny’s auto & tires to anyone with no hesitation. Since we are from Oregon & don’t know any mechanics we feel very Blessed that we found them. "Had my car towed to their shop, they started to fix it without the "go ahead" and charged $990 for some coils, fuel cleaning, oil change and "tune up". I could have paid half that at another shop. Grateful it's fixed but won't go back."
