"This store should just start over from the ground up. As a previous worker for this company. I would fire everyone and rehire all new employees. They don't care about customer service. They don't care if they tell you your parts are gonna be here and then never show up. And when you ask questions about sales , they point you to the front window because they're too lazy to know them themselves. Update 2/9 So I guess I didn't learn my lesson with this place and I picked up a rental tool to pull my harmonic balancer and the key piece for this rental tool is not even in the case and now I have to wait another day after the stores already put me behind by not getting the parts in time, so this door is overall just an actual circus, and no one should go here."
