"BUYER BEWARE! Although the sales person was very knowledgeable this store does NOT handle any warranty issues in-house. I spent $249.99 for a 10 year warranty only to discover I have to cover a $72 parts charge as well as pay for a technician to come out. This part of the warranty was not explained to me. At this point I would purchase another bed without any movable parts however Mattress Firm will not haul away the metal rails or large control box under the bed. Better off not purchasing a warranty. Very very disappointed in this entire experience with Mattress Firm."
