"Went in to return items that were purchased this same month that were left over from a renovation I made and was told by a gentleman working customer service that I couldn’t return the items since I didn’t have the receipt. I asked if there was anyway to scan at least a few items to see if I could get store credit and was told that even if he tried they would reject out because it would be over $50 I have never had this happen in any other Home Depot store! He didn’t even scan 1 item to see if it would process just said it would reject out and continued telling me that it would reject because I had no receipt or card from when it was purchased when it was purchased cash."

"Worst HD Ever! If you place an online order, it will never be ready even hours after confirmation email/text of being ready. Staff are NEVER available when needed, and if you ask they just tell you they are not incharge of that area and they wont even bother calling whoever is assigned to that area. I came for some lumber that online says more than 1k available and the shelf where supposed to be is empty! Again good luck finding someone to help your. Im at the store writing this review and still no one is available to help ... this is laughable!!! look at pics, no one!! You better go some else or LOWES they for sure have a better customer service!"
