"Home depot has been informed of DEFECTIVE LG refrigerators and are still on show room floor. We bought one, in a years time broke down 5 times. Then right after 1 year old CRASHED. My family is out 3,000 plus food. Home depots refuses to refund money paid so we can get a different one. Home depot has changed and doesn't care, doesn't make it right and DOESNT CARE about customers!!!!!!"

"Complete incompetence. I purchased an online order and used their delivery service but after two days waiting and being told that my order was delivered twice when it wasn’t, I chose to cancel. Then was asked to drive to the store to get my delivery fee refund for the delivery I never received!???? Come on Home Depot…. I expected better. Back to Lowe’s I go!"

"Ordered a husky toolbox online went to pick it up at the store and when the store associate brought it out it was damaged. He turned around real quick and went walking down the aisle. I had to call him back so he can see the damage, not sure how he missed it because it was not minor so I requested a new one. He said they had no others already put together. I requested the store manager come out and look at the damage to see if he would reduce the price. The associate told me the manager was too busy to come out and he would take $60 dollars off. I canceled The order requested a refund and will be taking my business to Lowe’s"

"I always go to Lowe's for my plant projects, but this time I decided to visit The Home Depot. I found a Trescandia (Wandering jew plant) Burgundy. I chose this plant because purple is my favorite color and I also want to eventually build a living wall of vining plants on my lanai. I thought this plant would be a beautiful color against the yellow walls.This vine is a low-maintenance plant. It likes bright indirect sunlight and medium to moist soil. So far I have it sitting on the table with a few other plants. I eventually will pot up the vining plants in my collection and place them on the walls of the lanai. This plant was a very affordable and great condition. It also has little flower blooms on it as well."
