"I’m name dropping on this one for sure! Kolton, Samantha, AND Miracle were absolutely WONDERFUL. My first encounter with the shop was via phone with Samantha. I had been in an accident back in September in Michigan and was coming to Florida for work. Initially, my time frame wasn’t going to work out very well for them to be able to help…and then plans changed. Not only were they willing to help when I called back about a month later, but Miracle and Samantha BOTH answered all of my questions I had and made the appointment process super fast and easy. Kolton was a solid 10/10 with communicating with me. Letting me know what was going on every step of the way, and kept his word about when he’d reach out to me again with more (if any) updates. Even with the shop being backed up from walk ins to insurance appointments, they worked fast, efficiently, and my car looks brand new. Seriously. Love this place."

"Our car was at Caliber Collison St. Petersburg location for repairs related to an auto claim when it was left unlocked and running in the unsecured, unvideoed front lot on 12/28/23 after they sent it to Tires Choice for an alignment. To date the only call we have received from Caliber was to request the owner to come in to file the police report on 12/29/23. The manager Thomas Larsen has made no effort to resolve the issue or communicate with the customer. when we called this week to request assistance with covering rental car costs, he advised that his regional manager has not made a decision and we should use our own insurance. The use of a our insurance for something that was the result of their own negligence is unacceptable. Tires Choice claims to have given them the keys, they claim otherwise. Regardless of the circumstances Caliber has a responsibility to their customer to prevent loss of our property while it is in their possession and at the very least we should have been contacted by their upper management to address this loss. Shame on this business! I certainly hope this will get their attention."
