"My husband and I met with Nelson Martinez to purchase our furniture. While we do believe our furniture was made well, the cushions had an issue. We contacted the warranty company who denied our claim and then a few months later called and said they were reopening it only to deny it again. I was beyond disappointed. The patio cushions were downright embarrassing the way they looked after one year. We decided to call Nelson, explained the issue and just like our initial purchases he was right on it and in less than a week our replacements arrived.
