"I ordered online on Sunday, all of communication was by text. I was told I would hear from the store Monday at 11:00 and my delivery appointment was scheduled for Tuesday (today) between 1-3. No one called, no one showed, when I called the store and gave them my name he was able to pull up my order and contract and said “well, no one told us about this” proceeded to tell me it was $156/ when I was clearly contacted $126, And then in his continued flipping- sorry about your luck, not my problem - attitude informed me since they weren’t “told” about my delivery I will have to wait for delivery till next Tuesday! I have never experienced such rude unprofessional customer service- he acted like he couldn’t be bothered and when I asked Fr the manager he informed me it was him. I have called customer service to try to get assistance and am hoping to hear back in the morning. I’m not paying for the furniture to sit in the store because they have a delivery problem. I signed a contract for delivery in 1-2 days!!"

"This has easily been the worst experiences I have ever had. First they deliver broken furniture and then don’t fix. Then when I ask to pick it up they scratch up my wall! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They will not give you what you pay for and mess up your walls. 0/5 if I could. UPDATE: A couple gentlemen came and painted the whole wall. Really appreciate the accountability. I can understand it was a bad day and will be using rent a center again. Update II: They changed management and I can’t complain. Even got the couch back…. 5 stars."

"I was supposed to get my delivery today from 2pm-7pm. I have literally called more than 5 times to get told he’s coming and then he went on lunch and now at 7pm that he’s on the road right now and i should be receiving a call. this is very unprofessional mind you they close at 7pm . I’ve placed this order on the 11th of August. so im not sure why it takes all this to deliver and this store is located no more than 5minutes from my home. it seems as if they take forever to deliver your items but then are quick to pick it up as soon as a payment is missed . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET BEING AS THO THIS IS MY VERY FIRST TIME DEALING WITH RENT A CENTER."
