"We went in to find twin mattresses for my kids. Alejandro greeted us right away- he let me know he had an appointment coming in shortly but that he'd help us and just may have to go back and forth. He gave us the pros and cons of different mattresses and helped us choose what was right for the kids. He was very professional and helped us with the best price. I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Alejandro."
"RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.. The gentleman I spoke with Antonio was very rude and disrespectful. Had a simple conversation in a polite manner, and he continued to get more and more disrespectful and said to call a different store. Told him I would call different store and leave a review as this is not the level of service they should be providing customers and he hung up on me. Called another store, and the lady was super polite, and answered my questions very respectfully, and apologized for the other store on N Dale Mabry who I am writing this of review about."

"I just got delivered a bed with an adjustable bed frame form this store andres and Antonio where extremely accommodating after having issues with the adjustable frame being an outlet discount unit I expected not in new condition but it was completely destroyed so it had to be returned, again today the adjustable bed frame came in with the wrong screw in legs and the delivery guy told me to call the store to tell them about the problem and a guy named George sunderland in a very rude way told me that’s to bad that’s an outlet unit so return the unit and we will see what to do about it, extremely rude and unprofessional he has just eager to belittle me for getting an outlet unit like saying I do t have moeny to pay for a new one so I get what they want me to get like there’s no more the client is always right, extremely frustrating situation that has happen twice already in the same week buyers be aware !!!!!!!"
