"I got my car repaired from a front end collision here June of last year. To start, I want to say I have never left a negative Google review before. I want to say I have seen better results from someone painting their car at home with no garage or workspace. Customer service was also subpar. I was told the car would be done in May if I'm not mistaken, and after that they told me multiple times "it will be completed next week" only for them to take at least an extra month. They kept me out of the loop with important updates, so I had no idea where they were progress wise. It is now over a year since they have repaired my car, and lets just say the results of their poor work are now showing... absolutely terrible experience. I have been asked multiple times if I have any recommendations for body shops, and I have told each person to stay away from this place. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Update: they have responded to this review accusing me of getting in another collision, causing the cracks pictured. This is false. I’d assume they think I’m writing this review looking for them to fix this, which is also false because I wouldn’t let them touch my car again with a 10 foot pole, even if it was free. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!"

"100% recommend their services. Jamie was awesome and Mel was wan amazing help. Them and their team were honest, kind, and extremely helpful. I went in due to a ruined bumper and a deep dent/ small rip on the front passenger side panel. Mel walked me through a lot of useful tips and also the process for the repair so I could understand the process along with the cost. The best part though is although I bought the wrong bumper; Mel was able to repair the damaged one and make it look like new! The dent and slight tear is completely gone as well and you’d never even know! I wish I had more before as of the bumper but I’m attaching a before and after of what I have. They really beat all my expectation and I couldn’t be happier. I will for sure be coming back here for future services. Thanks guys!"

"It's so refreshing to find a locally owned and operated body shop! The owners, Jamie & Mel, are there most days and know what they are doing. We are very happy with the work, Mel even painted an extra area free of charge because he takes pride in his work and just couldn't leave a (pre-existing) scratch on the other door! I had previously taken my son's car to another body shop (that had been bought out by a national chain) and had to make an appointment for about 10 days later just to get an estimate Then, after waiting all that time, it was clear they didn't want to do my relatively small "self pay" job. By contrast, when I brought the car in to The Body Works, Jamie literally got up from her desk, walked out to the car with me, and gave me a written estimate the same day! The work was scheduled for the following week and we couldn't be happier with the end result!"
