"The employees in the store were professional and helpful. The delivery team was professional and polite. I was not home and my wife took delivery. While old mattress and box spring were removed, the old bed frame and headboard were left in place and the new Tempur-Pedic bed was installed OVER the frame and BLOCKING in the headboard. As such, when I got home, I had crawl under the new bed to disassemble the old frame and detach the headboard. There was also a desiccant pack still attached to the new base and a twist tie dangling off the base. I called the store and was told that the delivery was performed pursuant to policy. Seems ridiculous. Had I known this would occur I would have disassembled the old bed frame myself and moved the backboard. Frankly, I have had better delivery experiences with much less expensive beds. This did not meet my expectations. Hopefully, the quality of the bed will make up for the delivery experience."
