"Tom did an excellent job of explaining the differences in the mattresses. He asked about my needs then showed me some choices while pointing out it was up to me what feel and price point I was comfortable with. Absolutely no pressure. He was knowledgeable and polite. It turned out the mattress I got wasn't the right one for my back. It was my own fault. Was told it might not be the right one I should go for a medium firm but didn't do it. So I went back today and worked with Monika who helped me find just the right mattress, and there was no questions about trading it out for the one I have. I'm very pleased with their customer service."
