"Great experience with Aaron. He took the time to listen to my situation, then distinguish between features of the different models and firmness levels. He stayed beyond closing to allow me to continue trying each of the beds I was interested in, then narrowed them down to find the right one. I like the 30 days return/exchange window. My only concern, which is partially my fault, is that I wasn’t informed that Mlily is a Chinese manufacturer with a US division. The bed is going to be great, yet I was looking to buy from a US company. Either way, the bed seems like it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for and is going to be great. I believe I have the perfect mattress! I really like the 30 day switch bed policy which allows tou to test the bed first, and change to an entirely different bed if needed.
