"Had a serious problem, dropped my car off. An hour later they called to tell me they couldn't help and recommended I go to the dealer. On the one hand, they were right and the dealer was what I needed to do. On the other hand it was over $50, which seems like a lot for just telling me they can't help. I get they are busy and have to charge for there time, even if all they did was turn on the car and maybe drive it around the block but ya. Just know what to expect"
