"I waited about a month before giving my review, I did wait just to make sure all is good with my music installed by friendly people in the Audio Zone car stereo shop. So far, I love everything on how my car stereo system looks, sounds. It is an amazing upgrade to my new car, a change my Civic really needed. I have to say, from past experience (my last 2 cars got an upgrade here) Audio Zone is the best car upgrade (looks and sound) place in the entire Orlando and all of central Florida. I red some reviews and the bad reviews are by customers that had existing unfixed problems and asked to get work done anyway . I guarantee, if the customer would work with the shop, both the owner and mechanics would do what-ever is necessary to solve the problem. It happened to me. About a year ago, I had a nice system installed by Audio Zone in my truck.I had to trade it in and everything stayed in the truck. I could not stand the sound system in my new civic. The next day after getting it, I went to find a fix. I didn’t want to spend lots of $ again on same stereo equipment. I talked with the owner and we agreed on a solution. If I could bring the truck back for an hour, they switch and take out my awesome sound they installed just little over a year ago for me to use in my new car He probably said it as a.joke but I got the truck back for an hour. Guys got everything out and old back in. Now, all I had to buy was one new set of door speakers, eq, cables and pay for labor. All got installed the next day, saving me over $1500. I am aware, They didn’t have to do that, they could have just sold me a new system. Everyone in the place went out of their way for me. I appreciate it and thank you again to everyone. Special thank you to the guys in the back for doing the double work for me. Thank you for helping me out and fixing the horrible factory sound Honda sells in the Civic."

"Paid $300 to install an android radio in my Toyota sequoia. After the installation my steering wheel controls doesn’t work and my dashboard light won’t turn on at night ! I took it back for they could fix the problem and they told me I don’t need to use the steering wheel control and don’t know how to fixes the dashboard light . NO refund had to take the lost . Do yourself a favor and look for better service somewhere else"
