"I drive 2 hours to go to this dealership (in Orlando on JYP) because I trust them. It’s always easy to schedule an appointment for service, getting the time that fits my schedule. Margaret and Jessica are always professional and personable Recognizing me and calling me by name. The check in process is always smooth and without drama. They keep me appraised of the results of their thorough inspection and await my approval to begin. They are very good at seeing my car on the appointment time and my car is always vacuumed and washed before returning my car. It’s fixed correctly the first time. I think this starts with leadership, Mr Waddle doesn’t hide out of sight behind his desk, but can frequently be seen in the service area to insure quality service that is expected from this nameplate…Cadillac style and service. "My recent experience at Massey Cadillac on North John Young Parkway Collision Depart with a 2023 Cadillac CT4 Luxury Sedan has been extremely disappointing. The car was handed over to me in a filthy condition, both inside and outside, including the engine and gasoline compartments. I noticed that the rear window heater's center line was in a different position, and the manual was dirty and came in a worn leather case with "Cadillac" on the front instead of the Cadillac emblem that was there when I purchased the vehicle. The seats' flaps are hanging out and don’t feel like the seats that were initially in the car. I also noticed scratches on various items. I had two sets of mats in my car. The top set of mats was missing, and the bottom set was replaced with a worn-out set of mats. The screen displays and the interior and exterior lighting was different too. Please refer to the pictures for further details. Despite my numerous inquiries, I have not received satisfactory answers to all of my questions. I sent the car to the collision shop for exterior damage on June 2nd, 2023, but did not receive it back until July 20th, 2023. I strongly suspect that something happened to my vehicle during the time it was in the collision shop and that the staff is attempting to cover it up instead of being forthcoming with me. I am livid and seeking legal advice."
