"This review is long overdue, we used Amy and Terry during the spring/summer 2021 (owners of Legendary Spaces) as the design team for the total renovation of our condo, this included kitchen, baths, flooring, tile work, painting, lighting, fans, blinds and etc. We are very pleased with the finished product, met or exceeded our expectations. Although Amy and Terry were only suppose to be the designers they went far beyond that roll and assisted/supervised the General contractor and his subs in completing the project. For example during one visit to the work site I found Amy dirty and sweaty cleaning up the work site behind some of the less careful subcontractors that she did not hire. Amy and Terry worked so close with us that we now consider them friends as well as our design team. Amy is a perfectionist, she insisted on fixing several things that we did not even noticed that needed fixed, even sewed the bottom seem on some drapes that were a fraction of an inch to long, we didn't even notice. We highly recommend using Amy and Terry."

"We were blessed to have found Legendary Spaces to install our kitchen in our condo this past winter.They installed wood cabinets and stone counters for 2/3 the price that Home Depot was going to charge to reface our cabinets and replace counters. Being out of state, we were nervous trusting anyone with the job. However, from the beginning, I felt that Amy and Terry were treating our project as if it were their own. They were responsive and completed the job as scheduled. Their insight and input was invaluable as this was the first kitchen we created from scratch. We love our kitchen so much that we are planning to hire them to install a desk and cabinet area in our condo next. Our tenant asked if we hired an interior designer. "Where to begin...last July I began working with Legendary Spaces on remodeling my kitchen and 2 baths, she then did all the plantation shutters and motorized shades. Now we are working on custom valances and bed skirts. I will miss her when we are done! She has done a remarkable job and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. She will tell you she is not a decorator but she always seems to have good ideas and is honest with you when you ask her opinion. I did compare prices with Lowe's and while it was a few hundred dollars more, the personal service and her experience paid off. It was great to have someone to talk over ideas with ...you just can't put a price on this kind of personal service. She even accompanied me to the "Boneyard" where we were able to get smaller pieces of granite at a deep discount. She even recommended my contractor as we were new to the area and we loved him too! You will not regret bringing your business to Legendary Spaces I promise!"
