"I went into the store with my sisters who were looking to get a new mattress and we were all greeted by David. He was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable on all of the mattresses and pillows that he showed them. I was able to talk to him about my mattress and the issues I was having with it- back pain, struggling to get comfortable and it being a pretty basic bed. After trying some beds out and some thinking, while they were checking out, I decided that I was ready to make the jump and invest in a bed that would be worth it. He was able to keep it within my price range and arrange a date that would work for me for delivery. I am so glad that I went with them and met David and can’t wait to get a good nights rest! "We went in to look at mattresses as we were trying to figure out what the best fit would be for us- my wife and I having two totally different ideas of what we wanted. We were greeted by David and instantly felt at ease with him. He is not a typical sales guy who pushes you to buy what is most expensive or try to upsell you on products. He showed us a variety of beds and asked us about our preferences, what we liked and didn’t like and listened to what we were saying. We ended up finding the perfect bed, that I don’t think either of us would have even thought about, that was a great combination of what we both wanted and in our price range. The whole experience of looking and finding exactly what we we’re looking for was so great that my sister in law (who was just along for the ride) ended up purchasing the exact same bed as we did! I would absolutely recommend visiting this location if you are in the market for a new bed and want to work with people who understand everything that goes into the process and treat you with respect and understanding. "Crystal and David are amazing. They helped resolve a very stressful delivery issue that we recently experienced. After paying for delivery and expecting to have the bed moved, since that was included in the delivery cost, they refused to move the bed. David hopped into action and was super apologetic, even though we worked with Crystal in store. Spoke with Crystal today and she further smoothed over our issue. I do strongly urge them to not use 3rd party delivery firms to avoid this headache in the future. Thanks for the help!"
