"Absolutely the worst customer service! Delivered my cabinets on the back of a Nissan mini truck! Stacked up like Jengo blocks. Everything was scratched up! Stay away!"

"Well low and behold an issue left my vehicle unable to drive and I happened to coast into this wonderful parking lot. I of course get cursed out because I break down by his shop. SMH...have to love folk huh? People fail to see how you are your best product."

"We had no problem agreeing to pay 8k for our "Custom Cabinets", it was about 3k more than our other quotes and we were promised that for the money the real service was when you needed something changed or modified, it would be no problem. Well you pay then you learn, I had to work the day of the so called install. He only installed the wall cabinets, all of the island cabinets are still free floating, not screwed into the floor at all. There are paint blotches all over and the crown molding was installed extremely crooked with large gaps that he thought would look good just using extra caulk. He says he has been doing cabinetry for over 30 years and has came out of retirement. I really think he should have stayed retired. He does not answer his cheap burner phone or his office phone when we called him to correct some of the issues so I asked my wife to go down there and see if she can reach him. Well 10 mins later she calls me balling on the phone saying he chewed her out for being a bad customer. My wife is the nicest of all people so I knew something was up. I went down there to discuss it with him and the same thing to me, he totally blew up on me, never lets you speak and said he is not coming back over to correct anything. His work is shotty at best, there is a ton to correct which now we have to ask another cabinet company to fix something he did and of course they will charge more because we did not do the order with them. We paid him in full and I have no clue why he does business like this. Steer very clear, this man has lost his mind, he is crazy and once you pay him he obviously will screw you. The best advice I can give you is yes custom cabinets are great but please go with an actual company that cares about customer service, that has a real phone # that doesn't get turned off all the time and not some old senile dude that says go ahead and sue me if your not happy. I can't believe I was referred to this guy, he will be losing lots of business."
