"Avoid them! I placed an order for $978.99 for a king mattress you can find for $200 anywhere else. They have no cancelation button on the website on purpose so you can't cancel anything. I called them the same hour I placed an order to cancel but they never pick up. I left them a letter asking to cancel on their "contact us". Then, I emailed them. They never put email anywhere but I was able to find it. Then they pretended like they didn't receive any cancelation request. They demanded me to pay $299 for cancelation fee. Luckily, I saved all evidence but they still tried to argue and push non-existent policies on me. I contacted my bank and prepared everything for small court claims in case they will come up with another excuse to not return my money. Avoid them!!! UPDATE: They told me via email that they will be paying $299 to RXO, a third party company for cancelation. I contacted RXO customer service and they confirmed they won't charge any fee. Another proof that Dealbed is scam. Serious legal action should be taken to avoid customers to be scammed."

"I'll admit, I Was nervous. But I needed a Specific adjustment base and cost was an issue.. So I ordered the Ideal bed I5 from DealBed. They have a great selection of top brands. Ordering was easy. They called the next day, we did not answer so they sent a message via their portal. Which I didn't check for a week. The message was that the 5 was out of stock and they offered the i6 for the same $$.. I called and took the offer and it arrived in 2 weeks as promised. I did stay on top and contact during the 2 weeks.. it was shipped from California to NJ, well packaged via FedEx. They did a great job!!. Were friendly and honest. Did not charge me until I confirmed ang officially shipped.. They are a small company but that's a good thing. No games. I got a great product at a great $$. It's hard to please everyone but I am very please. #SCI."
