"I was recommended to go there and was told Juan is a excellent mechanic and I don't doubt it. On the other hand I was told they were a little busy but he could squeeze me in. I was standing outside in the sun for 1hour and 15 minutes and I was never informed by any of the employees or him while they see me waiting there. as courtesy it's common sense to let the client know how long I needed to wait even if it's a little bit of time. Also another car arrived and he started working on it before my simple oil change. I understand if it's busy just give the client courtesy wait time but to bake in the sun for one hour and 15 minutes was not professional at all. very upset."
