"I went there 3 times (Saturday was closed, Sunday they usually close at 5 pm and the signs said that "today we going to close 5 pm) and today, Monday, I went again with my daughter and another sign said they will come back shortly, me and my 7 yo daughter wait for almost 1h and that girl came and close the door in my daughter's face and put another sign that said she will be back at 4pm. And was almost 3pm when she did this! My daughter starts to cry so hard bc she really wants to buy something for her Anda her friends."

Let me know if you need any help!" Now, I could have started in right then about the blatant racism, but I have already decided to write off all Claire stores. Keep that same energy towards us. We won't be back. To management: if this is how you train your employees, shame on you."

"I took my 3 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. I cant express enough how much I am beyond thankful for Lauren, manager/professional ear piercer. She was extremely meticulous, she ensured the mark was perfectly placed in the middle. She had so much patience with me (I was having a panic attack). If you want to get your ears pierced I recommend her 100 percent! She was absolutely amazing! She took her time to explain all details leading to the piercing and after ear pierced care. My daughter's ears pierced couldn't be prettier! Lauren did a phenomenal job!! So happy I took her to her!"
