"I came here to do my keratin treatment. I have been in so many other salons where they claimed to make my hair, straight and silky, but after washing my hair, then it was back to where it was. But Jesica, the technician in this salon worked on my hair for three hours with patients. I just could not believe my eyes when I looked in the mirror and I decided not to make a review yet until I wash my hair . And yes I did and oh my God it is amazing. I had so much compliments about my hair now I’m gonna send my wife next week to do it. Thank you Jesica you have been amazing and you really know your stuff. "I am shocked of how my wife hair looked after she was done with her keratin treatment with Jessica. I watched the whole process of two and a half hours Non-Stop working on my wife's hair. It was dry and Tangled. Jessica made it look like silk shiny and smooth. She truly put her heart into it. She did not do like any other salon who works on you for a few minutes, Park you on the side then come back again to you. into bits and pieces without any dedication. Jessica did not stop working on my wife's hair for a moment. The technician Jessica. Showed her true passion and love and dedication to her art of hair. Later I learned that she have been doing hair for 30 years. And you would think that she will be tired and none dedicated after all of those years? "a month ago i went to this salon to get a keratin treatment. walking into the salon, it did not look like a spa. it was cluttered, small, and empty. 2 staff and barely any space. i decided to do it anyways, and the women who did my hair had to put on a mask. i should've left right there. if she should not inhale it, why should i? and why should i put it on my hair? she was done in less then 40 minutes. when you do your research, a real keratin should take a few hours. i was so happy with the results the moment is was done. he then sold us a bootleg shampoo and conditioner from their salon, did not list ingredients. strange. after the first few washes, i had good results. awesome results. but after the 4th and 5th, my hair was back to normal. i still wonder what unknown ingredients they used on my head but i couldn't wait to make sure it was ALL out of my hair. i do not suggest this place at all!!! ************RESPONSE TO OWNER:************** you're such a jerk. One, I have white girl hair and it is wavy. I came to get a keratin because i wanted straight hair instead of wavy, normal humid hair. you actually insisted that i got the lowest level of keratin because i really didn't need it. and there is no way in hell that your store is worth 100,000 and was designed by a "top designer". you had $5 walmart fans airing out your store and it just looked so cheap and disgusting. and you're comment itself reveals of how much of a jerk you are. you leave me nasty voicemails, threatening to call the police on me for my TRUE comment, and then attack me with false accusations. customers who go to your salon will realize the truth behind my comment. you're nasty old grumpy man and i hope your salon goes down, just like its quality. ***** even if your comment was true, which it's not- i'm just tired of arguing with an imbecile, this is no way to treat an unhappy customer & that is enough to prove my comment itself. so continue on with your false accusations, I know you're salon doesn't have much longer and that is why you reside to violence against true comments that ruin your rep."
