7-Eleven

"The cashier yelled at me when I wanted to use my 7 Eleven wallet because he thought I wanted a discount (which is only available at the pump). I tried to explain to him that I wanted to use the app since I had money loaded in but he kept talking over me, saying “I already explained to you that you won’t get the discount here!” He took three other customers before he finally understood what I was asking for, completed the transaction in a huff, and told me to take my receipt while turning away from me. I’ll be remembering my debit card next time."

"I would give a 0 star report if I could! This 7-eleven is truly horrible! I’ve gone during the normal day no problems. At night however they have an old man who could very well possibly be the manager who is hideously mean and insulting to the patrons and does not belong in the customer service industry. I’ve seen him multiple times and both times were unpleasant. Tonight I went to get gas and I asked the old man how his day was and he proceeded to yell at the top of his lungs that everyday is the same it’s fine. He also yelled at his team member for asking what time he worked until. I kindly asked for $20 on pump 4 and my card (with money on it declined). I checked to see if my card was blocked or something and it wasn’t. I tried 3 times with the older man for him to then insult me to his team mate and offensively insist that I didn’t know how to pay with my phone and pay at all. I then switched to a different cashier and still declining which tells me it’s the machine and not me so the machines are outdated. Likewise, the older guy comes back and states “he’s still here” chuckling and scoffing. I tried one last time and same thing. So I left, didn’t get gas, and will never return to this gas station even with the gas station being less than a minute away from my house. I will also be contacting corporate. These are people you hire? Absolutely disgusting and unsettling. The service could be so much better. If you want good service and good gas DO NOT COME HERE!!"

"The store owner refused to sell me gas because I asked him what number was the lottery ticket number on, he stated we can't tell you that then he turned off the gas pump and refused to turn it back on. Please make sure you all are reporting this behavior to corporate."
