"Mark was great, very patient and informative. He even had the warehouse staff take a recliner outside so we could really see the true color of it. Kanes should change their lighting out to daylight/LED so the furniture color is easier to see. Best bang for the buck and checked all the boxes and we went to every furniture store in Orlando! "It was a great experience from the time I walked in I was greeted by the sales person Prakash he was very kind went beyond what I was expecting even asked my daughters name and walked around the store find different pieces to make everything come together well. Not only did I get the sales price but he spoke with the manager which I met as well and was very polite was offered a military discount and they both thanked me for my service. "Buyers beware! Do NOT purchase anything that is in back order. We made a purchase back in June for a bedroom set for my daughter and were told that the bed was in back order till September. I received a call to get furniture delivered minus the bed in September. I was reluctant to accept the incomplete furniture but did so hoping the bed would be delivered shortly after. We are now in November and are being told it'll be delivered in December, which is ridiculous. At this point we're so unhappy with their service and false promises that we don't even want the furniture anymore and requested to return what we have received.We've had to go to the store to speak with someone in person THREE times because whenever they tell us we'd get a call back we did not. They're taking it back (hopefully), but are charging us a restocking fee. NEVER AGAIN will I shop here!"
