"Pretty amazing how much they get done within a shift but what I do not like is when I've already been there 1 hour after my scheduled time and I see 4 or 5 empty chillin outback while the other 3 working can't keep up. The blonde young lady is halrious and. She seems to run the crowd control and well at it. I believe that you allow the blonde to GM, and things will run much more effectively. Employees and clients all like her. I continue to spend $500 every 3 weeks 4 6 months if you promote her. She's worth the chance cuz there's no risk involved with her."

"Quoted 30 minutes. 1 hr 15 minute wait to get in. 20 minute oil change Had to ask for air in tire No blinker check. Not short staffed but everyone standing. Asked for business card of Gm or email was told they don't have one"

"This really should be a 5 star. The staff was excellent and friendly. It's just that this is the busiest place you've ever been to! This model was built on a FAST oil change while you sat in your car, and I waited over an hour. Well over an hour, albeit within the convenience of my vehicle. I brought games and drinks and such because this was the 2nd time I went, and there was still an hour wait... It's easy for me to say add more bays or move to a better location, but something should be done, and they had all bays running at both times I was there. So, 4 stars, and really, I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars because the wait was so long."

"It was quite busy and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get in, but when I did, Roberto had me laughing and made sure my car was taken care of with meticulous detail. He was honest and thorough. He is very well schooled in customer service and made me feel like family! Thank you Roberto for a great customer experience !! I will be bringing all three of my cars here moving forward."

"Horrible! Failed to air up my tires like they said they did. Rounded off the nut to my fuel filter and told me it was like that. I heard their conversation and it was apparent that they did it as well as taking them 45 minutes working on it. But unfortunately it’s their side of the story and I can’t validate other then what I heard them say."
