"Used workman transportation for a group trip to a sports game, all the busses except for one out of four were late. One of the bus was 40 minutes late causing us to miss the first third of the game. Not good service."

"Worst ride ever from Webster to St. Peter no ac working 80 degrees outside and 100 degrees inside the bus. We payed for this charter to and from St. Petersburg 2 hrs in sweltering heat turned a fun day into a day we should have stayed at home. Unbelievable"

"Took a day trip with Glory Tours on 12/9/23, who uses Workman buses. We were picked up at Spanish Springs in The Villages. Trip to St. Augustine uneventful but return trip to the Villages was the trip from hell. Driver had the heat on and it was very hot. Eventually the air cooled but part way on our trip the heat was on again and it steamed up the front windshield where the driver couldn't see out. He pulled over at a gas station and some of the guests proceeded to get paper towels out of the bathroom and wiped off the windows. The air finally did cool off but the whole trip was uncomfortable. Also no water was offered when we boarded the bus. Finally and most importantly, the driver had earphones on the whole time listening to music. I thought this was against the law and surely a safety issue."

"We had a bus pick us up at Brownwood. The driver Kyle said sit up front the air conditioning isn’t working. The 2 people on the bus that were picked up at Sumter landing were sweating and they were in the front 2 seats. Kyle told us that they couldn’t switch out the bus. This was acceptable and very hot riding on this bus. This should never have been. If you don’t have working busses with air conditioning it should be put out of service. It was 8/19/2023 at 2:45pm. It was 94 degrees with a heat index of 111. Maybe you should ride on that bus someday and see if you like it. I will not use workman transportation again I feel a compensation should be given for this inconvenience."
