"Joel or whoever the guy is came out to pick up a payment for two TVs or take the TVs back. This guy had an attitude and cocky demeanor as if someone was supposed to be scared of him. So I politely asked him to leave my house and have s/o else to come pick the payment up or I’ll come to the store because atp I didn’t trust him. No matter what you’re ALWAYS supposed to stay professional. The guy as we going back and forth say this not how it works either I take the tv or you pay me ok cool. Then he proceeds to say he’ll have the police escort him in the house to get them. Ok cool .. then while on the phone with the police you telling me we can come to Klondike st to his anddress anytime? Any day? this and that sending threats? Okay coool so this is how RENT A CENTER PRESENTS THEMSELVES RIGHT? Not like I didn’t mention making the payment. So truth be told I don’t even want to deal with you guys. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! IT WAS OKAY TO COMMUNICATE THROUGH TEXT WHEN SETTING DELIVERY UP AND EVEN GETTING THE TVS RIGHT? BUT NOT TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW WHEN A PAYMENT WILL BE MADE? MAYBE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS NEED TO BE FOLLOWED THOROUGHLY AND NOT BENT OR BROKEN FOR CERTAIN CUSTOMERS!!!"

"Rent center took money from my account after i paid in full for a bed set and continue to take 6$ every two weeks and it's still not resolved my name is Kevin Herring people at this center are straight liars ."

"Worst experience at this company! Sully is very unprofessional. Make sure you fully read the contract prior to signing, as I had a poor experience with them having false information on my contract that I then decided to cancel then do business with this establishment. BE AWARE, they're are other reviews complaining about bad business with these employees as well."
