"I have a 2015 Silverado 2500 with a 15 inch lift sitting on 40s and they did my alignment. Absolutely perfect! Correction the camber was off a little causing my truck to shake but when I brought it back to have them readjusted they tried charging me for another whole alignment. When I said that wasn’t right they said they would do it for half price. I honestly just wanted it done right the first time but I understand we are only human so I brought it back to have them fix their mistake. SMH I cannot believe they tried charging me to fix something that they did not do the first time."

I personally watched his guys inspect my Jeep and they did not leave a single bolt or screw unchecked. "I would recommend going somewhere else than here. I’ve been here through the past few years for work but I can honestly say this was the last time. I was told one thing my wife was told another thing. We pushed the day on getting the lift and tires and rims done. Which is fine I was not in a rush. We agreed to a day and wouldn’t you know there was issues. Not only was this me but I heard plenty of other people having the same issues. If you’re going to run a business at least be honest with your customers do not continue to lie to them and make excuses. It’s not the guys fault that work in the back, it’s the one scheduling and ordering parts. I have truly seen the bad side of this place and I WILL not be back. There are plenty other places that do the same work and better for a better price. I would recommend anywhere but here. I used to always tell everyone to go here. A lot of people tell me to stay away but now I see why. If you haven’t had a bad experience stay tuned you will!!!"

"Very professional and honest custom offroad design shop !!! From the minute i walked in the door Sabrina made sure i was taken care of, she was extreamly nice and helpful; very easy to talk to and made sure all my needs were met. George the owner is very knowledgeable and easy to work with he was also very accommodating when it came to making sure i had a way to get home as i had to leave the truck overnight to complete the work. When i returned to see my truck the guys were just finishing up in the shop so i went back in the shop to see and had a few questions for the techs working on my truck and they had all the answers i was looking for, again it showed hpw very professional and easy to work with they really are. George and his team know how to run a good business and know what they are doing. Im a business owner as well and know how important the customer is and stride to exceed their expectations, George and his team of experts have mastered the formula on great customer service it really shows. I would highly recommend you use this offroad design shop for your automotive and offroad design needs!!
