"Had to get the window regulator and additional parts fixed. They called me back and kept me updated throughout the day. I appreciated the good communication. Toward the end of the day I was informed it was going to be at least $800 to fix. I went to another repair shop for an estimate immediately after picking up my vehicle. They quoted me a max of $600. I would not recommend going here as your first choice. Definitely get additional quotes before choosing to come here."

"Car has been there for nearly a year, parts have been installed and in place for several weeks now, but for whatever reason the simple tests and checkovers that need to be done are taking forever. When I call for updates, I get either empty promises or just flat-out ignored, and it's pretty evident that not much communication goes on between their crew. My patience well with them has officially bottomed out. Whenever I get my car back, I am never coming back to this place. Even with all other factors to consider, they've had MORE than enough time. Why my friend recommended them to me, I will never know. This will remind me not to choose proximity over what I already know to be quality."
