"These guys are the worst. As the "small town" shop who have been here a long time, no doubt, the customer service from one of the older guys, Ron or rob?, is unacceptable. He just doesn't listen and he's ordered the (very obviously) wrong thing multiple times costing me days of waiting multiple times and it's obvious he doesn't care. This time was the last straw. I won't be back as even the entry level techs at the competitors do a better job of listening and ordering what I need."
