I see I’m not the first person to feel this way. The way you speak AT people is so condescending, you are supposed to provide service, not make a person go so far as I was forced to go today. I will pray for you, because no matter how the situation seems, it is YOUR job to help. If you can’t help, transfer the call, like you were asked more than once. Instead you decided to argue further. Casey was the only nice person I worked with now I got behind on payments due to a road block I missed 2 and to get harassed and putting another customer’s business out to prove a point was unprofessional very overpriced stay away from these rent to own companies not worth it"
