"So, call me a shallow person, but I love my car pretty much more than anything else in life. When I got the worst chip (that I've ever seen) in my windshield driving up Highway 19, I was SUPER devastated to say the least. I didn't know where to go and my first thought went to Safelite, just due to their ubiquity. Decided to do a Google search and saw Winchell's reviews. I am SO SO SO glad I contacted Bryan at Winchell's Windshield Replacement. First and foremost, Bryan is just a really awesome guy--super polite, transparent, efficient, and communicative. Can't say enough good stuff about him as a person, other than you won't get better service with anyone else. I contacted him at 5PM (on a SUNDAY), he was in touch with me by 6PM, and even sent me a text the following morning at 8AM to remind me to keep my car at a consistent temperature so the cracks didn't spread. He was at my house less than 24 hours after I got the damage to my windshield. I've never gotten such awesome service! He even contacted my dealership to make sure they had windshields in stock just in case I needed a new one, all before he even came out. That would have saved so much time if I had needed a new windshield, but... ...amazingly, Bryan was able to fix the crack! He explained the whole process to me, let me watch, the entire thing was completely mind-blowing. I could have gotten a new windshield, but he provided options to me, I get a 1 year warranty on the repair, and just in case I need a new windshield, I know I have options. And if I decide I want to get a new windshield, there's a lifetime warranty. All of this took 45 minutes exactly. Hopefully I won't get another chip, but if I do (or if anyone I know does), I am absolutely going to Winchell's. Honestly, there's nothing other than 5-stars that I would give them. Called several glass company’s for a chip repair before the New Years Eve long weekend and all of them said it would be 4-5 days before they could do the repair. Called Winchell’s around 6:30pm and got in touch with him right away. Scheduled service for the very next day at my wife’s work. Repair was flawless. Would recommend to anyone. Service was perfect, quick and VERY helpful. Absolutely must use.."
