"Absolute awful customer service from woman answering phones. Very insulting and rude. Had my vehicle in there, which they took care of in about 4 days. After having it for about a week, realized a piece of plastic had come undone. This is a business that “cares” about my experience (via text), and when confronted politely about the issue, the lady was not only rude, but very insulting. I had no issue with returning the vehicle to be fixed, stuff happens, But she is the worst! Can’t speak to a manager as she claims they are away, busy, or in a meeting. Consider this customer GONE!! I will go out of my way to tell everyone my experience."
"Not only were my repairs not done to completion when I called to report this the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I realized the bumper was not repaired to completion, I called immediately on Monday. She told me to call back Thursday because she would have to speak with him before I brought the car in. When being questioned why I didn’t bring the car back in sooner, she acted like she didn’t remember the conversation. During our call today, she thought she placed me on hold, but in fact, did not I overheard her whole conversation. HILARIOUS! She not only insulted my intelligence, but also insulted my appearance when describing me to her managers. When I called back to ask to speak to a manager, she refused to let me stating he was “in a meeting”. She is a terrible representation of this business. When I told her I had heard her derogatory comments she made about me all she said was “OK.” We have been customers for years have never had such poor customer service in my life this woman a embarrassment to the business and is the epitome of unprofessional I hope the managers truly do not condone her speaking about or to their customers this way. We submitted our complaint through the customer satisfaction support and will also be reporting her to HR. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss not only the incomplete repairs but also her behavior. I’m sure I won’t hear anything. Absolutely terrible experience."
