"Mia the salesperson greeted us a week before we bought our table set. Her expertise showed how she presented herself. The greeting of of kindness, asking what we were looking for, taking us to the area and giving us space to look, joined us when we had questions and described the product in detail. Demonstrating by showing us small the table can get, which was a concern for us. We asked about the president sale and she told us when it was and suggested if we wanted to hold off because of savings she would text us and let us know. With all the looking we did Kanes sold us on the quality and Mia concerns about us being happy with our purchase. The day we came in she even brought in the manager into questions we wanted had. Mia is definitely a true salesperson. Thank you"

"We purchased a 3 piece sofa, love seat and recliner on January 13, 2024. Was told recliner was in stock and other items would be in at the end of January. We said just wait and deliver all together. Delivery cost $169.00. I got an email stating they were bringing furniture on January 30, 2024. Said okay, email shows sofas and recliner. Never called ahead which they said they would, called when arrived instead, had to leave where I was to get home . They only brought the recliner, nothing else. When I called the store I was told that they don't have them in stock, love seat end of February, couch end of April. Completely not what we were told at time of sale. Guess the salesman was looking for commission. Ridiculous. Went to store, which is in New Port Richey, Florida.. where the manager Hala, tried to say that covid is causing the problem, no workers. She tried finding me something else, which of course is more money. They aren't willing to help with compensation or to find furniture elsewhere. Very disappointing and aggravated. Will never shop there again. Also, we gave away our other furniture the night before it was supposed to arrive, so nothing but one recliner to sit on now."

"Could not have asked for more professional, prompt, or friendly service. Jessica was amazing as there was no lack of patience as I looked at multiple different pieces of furniture. Found and bought something that will look perfect in my living room! She was very knowledgeable and understood what my needs were. If you’re looking for furniture, this should be your first place to go. Ask for Jessica."

"We purchased 2 oversized chairs and 2 ottomans at Kane’s in New Port Richey on Nov. 25th. 1 chair and 2 ottomans were delivered to us on Dec. 2nd. We have not received the other chair as of Dec. 21st. We’ve sent messages and returned to the store asking for the chair that we purchased. The salesperson and store manager state that they can not find our chair, it’s either lost or never existed. They continue to promise to follow up with us and don’t. So, almost a month after purchase and we are still talking turns sitting on the one chair that we did receive. Looks like one of us will be enjoying Christmas by the fireplace sitting in a new chair, the other will be sitting in a lawn chair. Can’t wait to see how that family photo is going to turn out."
