"Update: Sam the store manager helped me this time. He gave me a good deal on fixing the issue the car had, made sure to look at the work done under the hood with me, and explain/point out the work done. He also made sure to check that everything was attached properly. Sam is definitely the reason I'd come back to this one. Dropping off my vehicle for service, I expected for it to be late. However, the reason it was delayed was because they ordered the wrong part for it and I would potentially have to pick it up the next day. Then when I did pick it up right before closing time, the part detached itself while I was on the road because it wasn't secured enough. If I didn't have someone driving in another car to help me reattach it, my car would have been stranded and I would have had to pay for a tow truck to pick it up. I didn't have problems like this before, but this was too serious to ignore."

The timing they originally told me was accruate, and most importantly they are trustworthy. There were several things I asked them to look at and they checked out fine.
