"Very dirty store, and all the beds are very high. I had to jump to get up in each one and they don't have step stools. Jason James made a sarcastic comment to me that they don't sanitize or have step stools, then walked off when another potential customer walked in. Jules wasn't doing anything except looking at his phone, so I asked him to help me. No smiles, no real connection here. I went across the street and was pleasantly greeted and helped by Julio the manager. Big difference in the atmosphere!"
