"My mother was in need of a new bed. We went to the Dr Snooze by the Walmart market. Upon entering the young lady, Jackie recognized me from several years before when I made a purchase for myself. She asked quite a few questions about my mother's health etc. Then my mother tried several different beds and she decided on the hybrid that Jackie originally suggested. The bed arrived on Friday and my mother has had two of the best nights sleep in years. Jackie is very knowledgeable on her products and spot on, on her advice, Thank you so much!!"

"We visited Dr Snooze on a weekday in August, 2023. We made a a pillow purchase from this store. Our sales person was friendly and helpful and quite knowledgable. Although it should go without saying, that's what a salesperson is suppose to do, if they want to make sales. I'm not mentioning names only to give all salespeople a fair footing with customers. But our salesperson was good. One nice thing about mattress stores are that they are probably never really busy. When I thought about it, most folks go years without needing to visit a mattress store. So there normally are not lines when you do visit. Plus mattress stores are a specialty store, so they tend to have a lot examples, styles and firmness to choose from. One thing I will say about this Dr Snooze, is that you can try pillows, but they use a pillow case or cover. As such, I don't have to think about how many different heads laid on the pillows we tried. Putting a pillow case on for folks to try, would go a long way towards, at least an appearance of cleanliness. It maybe be a little thing. But I appreciated it. Our order will be delivered to the store where you can make sure it's the correct item before you walk out of the store. Because once you leave, there is no returning it. All in all, a decent experience. Let's face it, these types of purchases and usually not exciting, but sometimes necessary. Dr Snooze turned out to be better than I was expecting. If shopping for a mattress or pillows, they're worth checking out."

"We purchased a queen size bed, and Jackie was so helpful. She had my husband lay down on several mattresses to make sure we got the most comfortable bed for him. She was patient kind and knowledgeable of the mattresses. The delivery people were very quick kind and helpful. The whole experience we had with Dr. snooze was perfect.
